Today, I'd like to introduce you to a "very easy carpaccio" using the garlic oil I made the other day.☆

The recommended condiments to use are four types【Shiso, Myoga, Long Onion, and Ginger】. For sourness, use 【Lemon or Lime】 (Personally, I recommend Lime)
1.Place your favorite sashimi on a plate and sprinkle with a little salt (and black pepper, if you like).
2.Squeeze the lemon or lime and pour it evenly over 1, then sprinkle the four condiments over the whole thing.
3.To finish, drizzle a generous amount of garlic oil (Made with olive oil) over the whole dish and it's done♡

There’s no need to carefully consider the types and amounts of condiments!! You can use any condiments you like, just “garlic oil” will be the magic seasoning that makes it delicious ☆. You won’t be able to stop drinking alcohol (haha)♡
