Today, I'd like to introduce you to a way to make sashimi a little more delicious ☆ It's a very simple method, but with just a little extra effort it becomes incredibly delicious, so be sure to give it a try ♡
All you need is three things【dried kelp, Japanese rice wine, and your favorite sashimi】 ※White fish is the best for sashimi.※
First, wipe the dried kelp with kitchen paper moistened with Japanese rice wine (use plenty of Japanese rice wine to moisten the kitchen paper) and leave it for about 15 minutes. After about 15 minutes, the kelp will have softened, so sandwich the sashimi in the kelp as shown in the picture.

Carefully wrap the whole thing in plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out, and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least half a day.☆ (My recommendation is to leave it for exactly 24 hours.☆)

The delicious flavor of the kelp is transferred to the sashimi, giving it a somewhat golden color ☆ Just by taking the extra step of leaving it, the sashimi becomes much tastier, so it's extremely useful as a dish to serve to guests ♡ Try using kelp to combine with a variety of your favorite ingredients ♡
