Today, I'd like to introduce you to garlic oil, which has almost limitless uses.♡
I'll introduce two types of garlic oil, one made with olive oil and one made with sesame oil, so use them according to your needs and preferences. It's very easy to make.
*Garlic oil made with olive oil*

【Ingredients】
・200ml extra virgin olive oil
・8 cloves of garlic (about the size of one whole garlic clove)
・1 chili pepper

【How to make】
Finely chop the garlic and remove the seeds from the chili pepper.
Put all the ingredients in a pot and heat over low heat. When the oil starts to heat up, slowly fry the garlic until it turns light brown, stirring occasionally to avoid burning it. As soon as it turns light brown, turn off the heat. When it has cooled, transfer to a clean storage container.

*Garlic oil made with white sesame oil*

【Ingredients】
・Sesame oil (white) 200ml
・Garlic 8 cloves (about the size of one whole garlic clove)

【How to make】
The method is exactly the same as for making garlic oil using olive oil, except that you don't add chili pepper.

By the way, white sesame oil is sold at regular supermarkets in Japan.
My personal recommendation is Taihaku sesame oil (white).
White sesame oil has no distinctive taste or aroma, so it can be used in any cuisine, including Japanese and ethnic dishes.
These two types of oil are really delicious no matter what you use them for ♡ There is no set way to use them, so use them according to your preferences ♪

We recommend storing garlic oil in the refrigerator and using it within 2 weeks※

※Olive oil tends to solidify in the refrigerator, so bring it back to room temperature before using it※

From next time, we will introduce snacks and dishes that use the garlic oil we made today ♪
