Today, I’d like to share a simple oven-baked dish using the garlic butter recipe I introduced the other day:
Garlic Butter Baked Squid with Enoki Mushrooms.

You don’t need to use firefly squid—any seafood you like will work beautifully.
It’s an easy and versatile recipe that can be adapted to whatever you have on hand.

The garlic butter recipe from the other dayhere

How to make】
1.Arrange your favourite mushrooms on a heatproof dish (we used enoki mushrooms).
2.Place your choice of seafood on top of the mushrooms (we used firefly squid).
3.Scatter garlic butter and breadcrumbs over the top, then bake in a 200°C oven or higher until the breadcrumbs turn golden and crisp.

If you’re using seafood that isn’t suitable for eating raw, be sure to cook it thoroughly.
In that case, choose ingredients based on how much time you have available.

The aroma of garlic, herbs, and toasted breadcrumbs is irresistible—and naturally makes you want a drink.
Garlic butter is wonderful for creating quick, flavourful dishes like this, so I hope you’ll enjoy using it in your own time-saving recipes.
