It’s Christmas.
However, this year’s holiday falls on a weekday, so it’s a pretty hectic one.

The oil itself has a rich oyster flavor, so no special seasonings are needed.
Just add your other ingredients and pasta for a delicious pasta dish. 
Of course, you can add any ingredients you like, not just oysters.
