I felt that the salmon was the most delicious thing about it, so I named it “Marinated Salmon Rice Bowl.”♪
【Ingredients 2 serving】
・Sashimi-grade salmon (as much as needed)
・Oyster soy sauce 100ml
・25ml of Japanese sake
・25ml mirin
・2 bowl of white rice
※This time I used “sesame” and “sushi no ko” to make “sesame vinegar rice,” but either is fine as long as it’s your preference.※
・Add perilla, green onion, and egg yolk to taste
【How to make】
1.Prepare your favorite white rice. This time, we’ll use “sesame” and “sushi no ko” to make “sesame vinegar rice.”

2.Mix oyster soy sauce, sake, and mirin and marinate the sashimi salmon for about 20 minutes.
