Today I’d like to introduce some trivia I recently learned☆
I sometimes want to eat vinegared rice, but it’s a bit of a hassle to make it at home.
Making sushi vinegar is a bit of a hassle, and when you mix the vinegar into cooked rice, the rice can sometimes get sticky,
so it’s difficult to control the amount of water to use when cooking rice…
At that time, someone told me about “Sushinoko”☆彡
Since it is a powdered vinegar, all you have to do is mix it into cooked rice as usual.
The vinegared rice has a mild flavor☆
“Sushinoko” contains minimal additives and can be stored for long periods in the refrigerator.
(The rice in the photo also has green vegetables mixed in.)

It makes it easier to make a variety of vinegared rice dishes♡
The photo below shows a simple temari sushi made with “Sushinoko” ♡

It’s very convenient when making hand-rolled sushi with other people, as the vinegared rice is ready in no time☆彡
Try it out in a variety of ways♡
