Gratin & Risotto-Using Shkmeruli

Today, I’d like to introduce a home-cooked meal using Shkmeruli, which I introduced last week. ♪♪

How to store Shkmeruli

⚪︎The first one is a gratin⚪︎
Heat the skmeruli in a frying pan. Simply heating it will make it too strong, so add a moderate amount of milk. Add the boiled macaroni. Place it on a baking tray, top with plenty of pizza cheese, and brown it in the oven. It’s done♡

How to make gratin using Shkmeruli

⚪︎The second dish is risotto⚪︎
Put skmeruli, a moderate amount of milk, and your favorite seafood in a frying pan and heat. Once the seafood is cooked, add cooked white rice and simmer for a while until it thickens and is ready. Serve with plenty of grated cheese.♡ This risotto is also great for entertaining guests♪♪
