Today, I’d like to introduce you to a traditional Georgian dish, “Shkmeruli”♪
This dish is recommended for chicken and garlic lovers♡
It’s easy to make and doesn’t take much time, so give it a try☆彡

【Ingredients for 3-4 people】
300g chicken breast
1/2 onion
6-8 garlic cloves
200ml milk
100ml fresh cream
50ml white wine
20g butter
Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon granulated consommé
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 teaspoon salt
All-purpose flour, to taste
Olive oil, to taste
【How to make】
1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, then coat with flour and shake off any excess.
2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add the chicken from step 1, browning all over. Remove the browned chicken to a separate plate.
3. Wipe off the oil from the frying pan from step 2 with kitchen paper. Thinly slice the onion and grate the garlic.
4. Heat butter in a frying pan, add the onion and garlic from step 3, and fry until the onion is soft.
5. Add the milk, white wine, granulated consommé, and chicken from step 2 to the frying pan from step 4 and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
6. Add the fresh cream and lemon juice to the frying pan in step 5 and simmer for another 3 to 4 minutes until done.




This dish combines the richness of cream, the punch of garlic, and the refreshing taste of lemon juice. ☆彡
You can store any leftover Shkmeruli in a clean container and use it in another dish later. ♪
