Today I’d like to introduce a sophisticated dessert♪
I often make this during the delicious grape season as a treat for myself or to entertain someone♡
It’s also the perfect dessert for people who like alcohol (lol).

【Ingredients150ml container x 4】
30-60 grapes of your choice, such as Kyoho(grapes) or Pione(grapes)
(The amount varies depending on the size of the grapes, so use the appropriate amount.)
300ml white wine
150ml unsweetened carbonated water
50g white sugar
10g powdered gelatin
2 teaspoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons water (to add to the powdered gelatin)
【How to make】
1. Add powdered gelatin to water and mix lightly to soften. Peel the grapes and divide them equally into containers.
2. Add white wine and sugar to a pot and heat over medium heat while stirring. Once the sugar has dissolved, turn off the heat just before it boils.
3. Add the powdered gelatin and lemon juice from step 1 to step 2 and let cool until cool enough to touch.
4. Add carbonated water to step 3 and mix gently.
5. Pour 4 evenly into the container containing the grapes from 1 and chill in the refrigerator for about 4 hours to solidify.
