  • 50 g sugar

【How to Make】

Frozen Strawberry Jelly How to make 1

1.(Optional, for best colour) If you have time, sprinkle the frozen strawberries with sugar and refrigerate for 24 hours.
This helps bring out a deeper, more beautiful red colour in the jelly.
If you’re short on time, you can skip this step.

【A Little Tip】
The contrast of bright red and creamy white looks especially striking, so if you use a pretty glass or a clear container, it becomes an even more elegant dessert.

You can take your time with the 24-hour step, or make it quickly when you’re in a hurry—either way, it’s delicious.
I hope you’ll try it and enjoy it in your own style.
