Today, I’d like to introduce you to Yam Woon Sen ☆

I love Yam Woon Sen so much that I find myself wanting to eat it all the time (lol).
Yam Woon Sen is easy to make in any quantity and can be easily arranged. Garlic oil is used again (lol)

Just mix the base seasoning 【lime juice (or lemon juice), fish sauce, garlic oil(made with sesame oil】 in equal proportions. ※The saltiness varies depending on the fish sauce you buy, so adjust the proportions to your liking each time.

All you have to do is put your favorite ingredients [boiled glass noodles, stir-fried minced pork (or seafood mix), purple onion, coriander, and green onion] in a bowl in the amount you like, and mix it with the base seasoning ♡ It’s also perfect as a snack to go with alcohol ♡

Try changing your favorite ingredients to different ingredients and find what you like best.
