Today I’d like to introduce a dessert recommended for coffee lovers: coffee jelly. It’s often difficult to find coffee jelly that suits your taste at a shop or cafe. I tried making it myself, and it turned out to be an addictive dessert.

【Ingredients for 4 people】
2 tablespoons instant coffee
500ml water
3 tablespoons sugar
10g powdered gelatin
2 tablespoons condensed milk
80ml pure cream
【How to make】
1.Sprinkle powdered gelatin into 3 tablespoons of water (not included in the recipe) and leave to soften.
2.Put 500ml of water and sugar in a pot and heat over the stove, bringing to a boil while dissolving the sugar.
3.Once boiling, turn off the heat and add the instant coffee and gelatin from step 1, stirring to dissolve.
4.Pour into a serving dish and refrigerate for approximately 4 hours to set.
5.Mix the condensed milk and fresh cream to make the milk sauce.
6.Pour the milk sauce from step 5 over the cooled and solidified mixture from step 4 to finish.
