The first dish is a “Black Tea Cold Pork feast salad“
No need to make sauce as it uses the marinade from cold pork☆
Just cut and decorate to create a gorgeous finish♡

【How to make】
Place lettuce or other green vegetables on the plate.
Next place thinly sliced cold pork on top.
Garnish with your favorite ingredients such as tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and baby corn, then drizzle on the cold pork marinade to finish.♡
The second dish is “Black Tea Cold Pork Mazesoba”
Instead of making everything myself, I use my favorite frozen Taiwanese mazesoba noodles.(lol)

【How to make】
Add cubes of Black Tea Cold Pork, green onions, purple onions, egg yolks, etc. to frozen mazesoba to create a delicious mazesoba dish at home♡
This mazesoba is so delicious that you should be careful not to eat too much.(sweat)
