Today, we will introduce you to some meat dishes that are great for everyday use and entertaining guests.
【Ingredients】
Pork shoulder loin 500g
1 clove of garlic
20g ginger
Black tea bags: 2
Soy sauce 100cc
Japanese sake 50cc
Mirin 50cc
Japanese vinegar 50cc
※If you like it less spicy, use 1 clove of garlic and 20g of ginger※

【How to make】
1.Grate the garlic and ginger. Put the grated garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sake, mirin, and vinegar in a pot and bring to a boil. Once it starts to boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes.
2.This will be the marinade for the pork, so transfer step 1 to a separate container and let it cool.
3.Boil enough water in a pot to cover the pork, and when the water boils, add a tea bag, turn off the heat and let sit for 2 minutes.
Add the pork, return to the heat and when it boils again, remove the tea bag, cover with a drop lid and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes. (You can use cooking paper instead of a drop lid.)
4.After 40 minutes, remove the pork and immediately marinate it in the cooled marinade (a thick, double-layered bag is convenient).
Leave it in the refrigerator overnight and it’s done.

Slice and then plate♡

You can also use the marinade sauce by drizzling it over the meat.
Be sure to store it in the refrigerator and use it within 2 to 3 days of making it.
It’s also great as a snack to go with alcohol ☆ Next time I’ll show you how to use it ☆
