Today, I’d like to introduce Sausage-Loaded Napolitan.
Made with plenty of savory sausage, this nostalgic Japanese ketchup pasta is rich, satisfying, and hard to resist.
Simple ingredients come together to create a dish that keeps you reaching for another bite.

The juicy, caramelized sausage pairs beautifully with the sweet and tangy ketchup sauce, creating a comforting and irresistible flavor.
Sometimes, it’s nice to relax a little and enjoy a dish like this without overthinking.
Ingredients (Serves 1)
Spaghetti 100g
Sausages 5
Onion 1/4
Green pepper 1
Mushrooms 2
Ketchup 55g
Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon
Butter 10g
Extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon
Directions
1.Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion, green pepper, and mushrooms.
2.Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sausages, then the vegetables, and sauté until softened and lightly browned. Remove and set aside.

3.Add ketchup to the pan and cook over medium heat for 2–2½ minutes, stirring constantly to reduce acidity.

4.Return the cooked ingredients to the pan, add Worcestershire sauce, and mix well over medium heat.
5.Cook the pasta in salted boiling water (1 teaspoon salt per 1 liter water) according to package instructions. Without draining, transfer the pasta directly to the pan using tongs.
6.Add butter and toss over medium heat until the sauce and butter are fully incorporated. Serve with grated cheese or hot sauce if desired.

Rich and comforting, yet slightly nostalgic, this dish brings a playful mood to the table.
It’s perfect for those moments when you simply want something satisfying and a little indulgent.
Sometimes, it’s nice to enjoy it just as it is.
