Grilled Shiitake Mushrooms

It’s autumn! It’s the season for delicious mushrooms ☆彡
Today, I’d like to introduce you to a delicious sake snack using shiitake mushrooms♡

【Ingredients for 2 people】
6 shiitake mushrooms
3 slices of ham
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons finely chopped small green onions
1 teaspoon miso
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
A pinch of black pepper

【How to make】
1. Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms. Set the stems aside.
2. Finely chop the ham and the stems of the shiitake mushrooms (1).
3. Mix all ingredients except for (2) and the shiitake mushrooms in a bowl.
4. Place a generous amount of (3) on top of the shiitake mushrooms (1) and bake in a 200°C oven for 25 minutes.
5. Finish by sprinkling with black pepper.


※You can also bake it in a toaster oven by adjusting the time and temperature※
