Ingredients (1 serving)
Ginger-Scented Scallop and Maitake Takikomi Rice as needed
Hamburg Steak Simmered in Demi-Glace Sauce as needed
Pizza cheese as needed
Your favorite vegetables (this time avocado) as needed
Directions
Place the scallop and maitake takikomi rice in a heat-resistant dish and top it with the simmered hamburger steak.
Sprinkle pizza cheese over the top and add your favorite vegetables.
Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
※ Avocado can darken when baked, so it’s best to add it fresh at the end. ※



If you freeze leftover takikomi rice and hamburger steak, you can quickly make a comforting meal even on days when you don’t feel like cooking.
