Ingredients & Method

There are no strict rules for this recipe — feel free to use whatever ingredients you like.
This time, I remade it with canned tuna, shimeji mushrooms, and grated cheese.

Instructions

Tomato Meatball Pasta with Leftovers How to make 1

1.Gently heat the meatballs in a pan, breaking them into smaller pieces with a spatula.

2.Add the canned tuna and shimeji mushrooms, then let everything simmer briefly.

3.Toss in the cooked pasta along with a small amount of pasta water, mix quickly, and finish with a sprinkle of grated cheese.

It also pairs beautifully with bacon, seafood mix, additional cheeses, or other mushrooms — so don’t hesitate to adapt it to your taste.
