Miso-Marinated Shrimp|An Elegant Japanese-Inspired Dinner Idea

Today, I’m sharing a simple recipe for miso-marinated shrimp made with my homemade all-purpose miso sauce.

Just marinating and grilling the shrimp brings out a rich savory flavor that pairs beautifully with a quiet evening table and a relaxing drink.

It’s an easy dish, but it feels a little special.

1.Peel the shrimp, remove the veins, and gently pat dry.

Spread some all-purpose miso sauce over a double layer of plastic wrap, place the shrimp on top, then cover with more miso sauce.

Wrap everything gently and let it rest in the refrigerator for 12–24 hours.

This dish pairs especially well with sparkling water or a refreshing homemade lemon drink.

The gentle sweetness and citrus aroma of the lemon syrup go beautifully with the savory richness of the miso-marinated shrimp.
