Make 4 cuts in each cucumber using a peeler.(If you cut it all the way in, the flavor will soak in too much.)

Place the cucumbers in a container, pour in enough all-purpose miso sauce to evenly coat them, and leave to marinate for 24 hours.


After leaving it for 24 hours, rinse off the miso under running water, drain thoroughly with kitchen paper, and serve on a plate♡

It really is such a delicious cucumber that I could eat it forever♡
