Today, I'd like to introduce you to a recipe that awakened my interest in pasta☆
It's a simple but addictive "Garlic, Anchovy and Black Pepper Pasta".
It’s delicious, but the garlic smell is strong, so make it when you don’t have any plans to meet people. (laughs)
【Ingredients 1 serving】
Pasta 100g
3 tablespoons EV olive oil
2 cloves of minced garlic
3 anchovy fillets
1 tablespoon black pepper
(※If you don’t like spicy food, use less pepper or no pepper at all※)
One eagle talon
1 tablespoon pasta cooking water

I think anchovy fillets are sold at most regular supermarkets.↓↓↓It looks something like this.
Anchovy paste is also sold, but in terms of taste, I definitely recommend buying the fillets.☆
Since it is originally a preserved food, any leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time and can be used in various ways, such as in salads and dressings.☆

【How to make】
1.Add olive oil, minced garlic, and torn chili peppers with the seeds removed to pieces to a frying pan and cook over low heat to bring out the garlic aroma.
2.Add the anchovy fillets (previously finely mashed with a knife) to the frying pan in step 1 and fry slowly, removing any excess moisture while being careful not to burn the anchovy fillets.
3.Boil 1 liter of water in a pot (add 1 teaspoon of salt to the water) and boil the pasta for the specified time. (Reserve only 1 tablespoon of the pasta boiling water.)
4.Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and immediately add it to frying pan 2, add the pasta cooking water and black pepper, and quickly mix well.
5.Serve in a bowl and top with your favorite vegetables ♡(we used arugula, green onions, and red chili threads for garnish).

It goes well with alcohol, so you can also use it as a snack.☆
