Today I’d like to introduce you to a quick and easy cucumber dish that I’m currently enjoying☆彡
It’s hot every day, so it’s perfect for when you don’t have much of an appetite☆
Above all, I’m glad that it can be done immediately.
【Ingredients】
2 cucumbers
2 tablespoons black sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
※Add shichimi, ground sesame seeds, chopped nori seaweed, and finely chopped small green onions in the amount you like※
(It tastes best when you add all four☆)
【How to make】
1.Thinly slice the cucumber and toss with sesame oil.
2.Add the fish sauce to the cucumbers in step 1 and mix well.
3.Add shichimi, ground sesame, chopped nori seaweed, and finely chopped small green onions, and mix until done♡

The fish sauce adds a nice accent☆☆
