【Ingredients for 2 people】
1 bunch of green vegetables such as komatsuna
1 tablespoon white sesame oil
1-2 teaspoons Thai fish sauce
1/4 teaspoon grated garlic
A little shichimi pepper
A little white sesame seeds
【How to make】
1. Wash the komatsuna and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Arrange it on a heat-resistant plate, loosely cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for a few minutes. Lightly squeeze out the excess water.
2. Sprinkle white sesame oil over the komatsuna, then add the fish sauce, garlic, shichimi pepper, and white sesame seeds. Mix thoroughly and it’s done.




Vegetable namul and sesame-marinated vegetables can be a bit of a pain to make properly, but fish sauce can add a rich flavor, and white sesame oil has a rich flavor without being overpowering, so it can be used in a variety of ways, even more so than olive oil☆
