Coconut Milk Anmitsu

Today I’d like to introduce you to my most popular dessert☆彡
It’s a big hit with my family and friends, so I make it often☆
It’s very easy to make and very helpful☆

【Ingredients Serves 8-10 people】
1 can (400g) of coconut milk
1 bottle (120g) of condensed milk
1 pack (200ml) of pure fresh cream
50g sugar
Nata de coco, fruit, mitsumame beans, agar, or other ingredients of your choice (as much as you like)

【How to make】
1.Put all the above ingredients in a pot and heat for about 8 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid boiling.(If the sauce is not sweet enough at this point, add a little more sugar)
2.Once cooled, transfer to a clean storage jar and chill thoroughly in the refrigerator.
3.Place your favorite ingredients on a plate and pour the cooled coconut milk sauce from step 2 over them.

You can also use this coconut sauce in a variety of ways by changing the ingredients inside☆彡
For example, if you use round shiratama (rice flour dumplings) and strawberries, you can make a delicious shiratama strawberry coconut dessert♡
