Saffron 1/3 teaspoon
Frozen seafood mix 200g
Bell pepper (finely chopped) 90g
Onion (finely chopped) 50g
Shimeji mushrooms (trimmed) 100g
Garlic (grated) 1 teaspoon
Salted butter 10g
Chicken bouillon powder 1 tablespoon

Directions

1.Rinse the rice and place it in a rice cooker with the water and saffron. Let it soak for about 30 minutes.
