Today, I’d like to introduce chicken meatballs made with Japanese green shiso leaf♪
The shiso flavor gives it a refreshing finish☆彡
It goes well with both alcoholic drinks and rice♡

【Ingredients for 2 people】
300g ground chicken
10 Japanese green shiso leaf
1/4 green onion,
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon black sesame oil
A 1 tablespoon mirin
A 1 tablespoon soy sauce
A 1 tablespoon sake
A 1 teaspoon sugar
【How to make】
1. Wash the Japanese green shiso leaf, drain and cut into thin strips, and finely chop the green onions.
2.Put the ground chicken, 1, grated ginger, and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix well until sticky.
3.Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add 2, which has been shaped into an oval by hand, and fry until golden brown on both sides.
4.Wipe off excess fat from the frying pan in step 3 with kitchen paper. Add A to step 3 and heat while frying, making sure to coat the meatballs evenly.

♡My recommendation is to serve the meatballs with egg yolk♡

The refreshing taste of shiso leaves a lasting taste☆彡
It also goes well with bento side dishes, so give it a try♪
