※How to make Basic Japanese soup stock from the other day→→→here
※You can also make it with your favorite commercially available hot pot stock※
C vegetables
1 bunch of Chinese chives
1/2 pack of mizuna
any other vegetables you like
【How to make】
1. Make the chicken and shrimp dumplings. Remove the vein from the shrimp in A and pound them with a knife until they become a paste. Finely chop the shiitake mushrooms.
Put all the ingredients in [A] into a bowl and mix well until sticky.
2. Make the hot pot stock. Put all the ingredients in [B] into a pot and heat.
3. When the soup stock boils, roll 1 into balls with a spoon and add it to the pot, then cook the chicken and shrimp dumplings.
4.Once the chicken and shrimp dumplings are cooked through, add the vegetables in [C] and simmer for a while.

After you’ve finished eating, you can add rice to the soup stock to make a rice porridge♪
(This time, I added kimchi to make kimchi porridge)

You can also get lots of vegetables and it’s really healthy, so please give it a try♡
