Vegetable-packed dumplings

Today, I’d like to introduce my favorite dish: my homemade gyoza ♡
It takes a little more time to make than store-bought gyoza, but it’s packed with vegetables and is very healthy for you ☆彡
You can also freeze them, so give them a try ♪

【Ingredients: Makes 30 packed dumplings】
30 packed dumplings wrappers (Large format)
280g ground pork
200g cabbage
3 shiitake mushrooms
1/2 bunch chives
1/2 green onion
20g ginger
1 clove garlic
10 shiso leaves
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon potato starch
2 teaspoons sake
2 teaspoons black sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar

【How to make】
1. Finely chop the cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, chives, green onions, ginger, and garlic, and julienne the shiso leaves. Place them in a bowl with the ground pork.
2. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, potato starch, sake, black sesame oil, and sugar to bowl 1 and mix well until sticky.
3. Divide 2 evenly into the gyoza wrappers and use water to seal. (If freezing, freeze at this stage and use within 2 weeks.)
4. Heat sesame oil (not included in the recipe) in a frying pan, arrange the dumplings and cook over medium heat until the skin is golden brown.
5. Pour about 150ml of hot water into the frying pan in step 4, cover and steam.
6. Once the water in the frying pan in step 5 has evaporated, remove the lid, reduce the heat to low and cook until the skin is crispy.

It’s perfect as a side dish with rice, but it’s so delicious you won’t be able to stop drinking beer (lol)♡Please give it a try♪
