Today, following on from last time, I’d like to introduce a dish using Chinese chives♪
This is a stamina-boosting dish that is perfect for the scorching heat☆

【Ingredients】
200g ground beef and pork
1 bunch of Chinese chives
1 tablespoon black sesame oil
1 garlic clove (grated)
10g grated ginger
1.5 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon Japanese sake
1 tablespoon mirin
1/2 teaspoon chili bean sauce
1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
【How to make】
1.Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add garlic and ginger and fry until fragrant.
2.Add the ground meat to frying pan No. 1 and fry thoroughly.
3.Add the Chinese chives cut into 1cm pieces and all the remaining seasonings to step 2 and stir fry quickly.





It’s absolutely delicious when eaten over white rice♡
(The white rice is hidden in the photo, but…)
It’s even better when eaten with egg yolk♡
