Spicy minced meat

Today, I’d like to introduce you to a delicious minced meat stock dish that you can prepare in advance and use for anything.⭐︎⭐︎

It can be used for anything, so the uses are endless!!
The secret to its deliciousness is Cajun spices♡

You can easily buy it online or at the supermarket.(It seems similar to barbecue spice so I think you could use barbecue spice instead.)

Ingredients】  
500g ground beef and pork
1 garlic clove (grated)
2.5 tablespoons Cajun spice
Oil appropriate amount

【How to make】
1.Heat oil in a frying pan, add the ground meat and minced garlic, and fry until the meat is thoroughly cooked.

2.Add the Cajun spices and mix well, then turn off the heat.

3.Transfer to a clean container, refrigerate and use within 4 days (of course, you can eat it right away)
