【Ingredients】 Mozzarella cheese (preferably in chunks), sliced ​​pork (thigh meat is recommended), shiso, oil (sesame oil is recommended)
Place shiso leaves and a moderate amount of cut mozzarella cheese on top of the pork and roll it up.
                      Heat oil in a frying pan and bake until browned.
        ※The cheese gives off a lot of salt, so I don't think you need any salt※
