Frozen mangoes and frozen strawberries are available all year round, so I recommend these two types☆ The method for making mango jam is exactly the same as the method for making strawberry jam☆
【Ingredients】
300g frozen mango、3 tablespoons honey、1 tablespoon lemon juice
【How to make】
Put the frozen mango and honey in a pot and place over medium heat. When it starts to boil and the mango starts to release liquid, add the lemon juice, reduce heat to low and simmer until it reaches your desired thickness. Allow to cool before serving.


I sometimes eat it (lol) Pancakes with mango jam, fresh cream and mascarpone cream♡
It’s also delicious served with cottage cheese☆
